Panoramic view of the Cretan archipelago from the front, and the mountains from the back balconies of the villas. The villas were built in 2000, one of which has not been lived in, on a corner plot of land of 47 and 28 m fascia surface (ε ) and of total size 800 m.

Each villa consists of a kitchen, with a sitting room and a fireplace on a slightly elevated floor covered with wood; two bedrooms (a single and a double) and a bathroom on the first floor; and a loft - double bedroom on the second floor.

Each villa has a 60 m size basement, with a bathroom and a cellar/food storage room. Warm/cold heating is provided. The size of each villa is about 160 m.

In the surrounding area there is a built wooden oven, a barbeque and a wooden frying grill for your chips, a stone built fountain. In addition, there is an outside machinery room (with electrical and technical equipment supporting the house and garden maintenance) above which there is an ecological sun water heater and a ceramics covered garage of two posts.

There are many tall ornament trees, roses and aromatic flowers and herbs, as well as 220 m of lawn, watered by a private well automatically.
