The program consists in 8 houses. The 4 first are joint, and are composed of:
A ground floor on pile, including the carpark, a great open space which can become also a small apartment, the staircase which goes up on the floors.
On the first floor, kitchen, a great single space, WC, a large open veranda which can become an additional part, and the balconies.
On the second floor, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a large veranda which can easily become a third one, and the balconies.
On the third floor, a large terrace.
Basically, the residences have a surface of 93 sq.m., but can be increased up to 140 sq.m each one, by closing the various verandas of each stage.

The place exists for the fireplace, not included in the selling price.
The price of the two middle houses is 260.000 € each one, the two houses on the extremities 310.000 € and 280.000€ each one, because of the larger balconies and verandas.
