The apartment is 100sq.m with 100sq.m verandas. It is in 3 rd floor and consist of 3 bedrooms, kitchen with united space, one bathroom ad one WC which is inside the main bedroom. It has parking and storage room. There is also air-condition in every room, adcl internet, as well as refrigerator, cookery.

THESEUS BEACH VILLAGE is a high-quality independent developmental project of international attraction with permanent and holiday homes. The Beach

A wonderful beach as been configured which most of the times is like a swimming pool as it is in a gulf, thus only south-eastern winds, can make it rough.

All services such as garbage collection, public lighting, security etc. are provided by Theseus Beach Village administration services with a small fee.
