House with land in Fodele

The property is 25.000sqm in total and consists of two parts. One hillside part of 14.500 sq.m, going down to the river, which crosses Fodele, planted with olive-trees. The 10.000 sq.m second one, up to the opposite hill, planted with fruits and olive trees (550 trees on the whole) comprising a dwelling house fully equipped consisting in a single space: kitchen, dining-room, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and on the first floor, two bedrooms for the guests. The whole in a very quiet place, but however very near of a splendid small village of Fodele, where painter EL GRECO lived. His father’s house was transformed into museum, and in the other side one finds a small church dating of the 13 rd century.

It’s a very tourist place, a small river bordered of artisan shops and taverns, the very close beach, hidden at the bottom of one of the most beautiful orange trees valley.
