Land in Elounda

The ground is 536.36 sq.m and it is not inside the village, thus you cannot build for the moment. It is programmed to move back the limits of the municipality of Elounda including there this land which would be then constructible for 70 % of its surface. It is not at the edge of the road (15 meters), but an agreement exists with the owner of the close ground, for a right of way. It is also envisaged to move this entry and to widen it in order to facilitate the way to the land.

The land contains 15 olives trees.
