Land with House under construction

The ground has a surface of 410,41sq.m and it is in edge of an asphalted country lane of 3 meters width, by which one also reaches Kalonikti.

The village Kaloniktis (Good night) took its name from Nikiforos Fokas. He stayed one night at the village and the other day they asked him how was his night and he answered "Good Night". It is a place full of green with olive trees and mountain view.

Work consists in the construction of one ground floor residence of 100 sq.m. Optionally, a swimming pool of 12 sm can be added.

The building is directed North-South. The access is done by the south of the ground, by the country lane. The entry is paved with plaques, which lead to the veranda which surround the building.

The ground floor building is covered with a wood roof in two parts, of the same slope, but of different level. They are with a 40 centimetres height to the ground level. The carrying structure is made of a metal trellis-work. Inside this trellis-work is placed an insulation of 7 cm, as well as a grid. The carrying structure is bilaterally covered with cement of mortar with very high resistance.

Remaining surfaces, those which are not covered by stones, are coloured. Outside, the stone cover is only envisaged for the site of the chimney.

The floors are covered by flagstones of very resistant ceramics.

The external casings are made of aluminium sliding or swinging.

Double glazing allows better heating and phonic insulation.

Interiors are made of wood.

Moreover, the roof has all necessary qualities of sealing and insulation.

The electric installation includes, apart from the lighting system.

The hydraulic installation includes the system of drinking water supply, which uses single pipes and drains.

The residence has dimensions of 9, 40 X 12, 00 meters . Its height varies from 3 to 5 meters, according to the slope of the two parts roof. The surface of the building is 100 s-m and surfaces in the open air (terraces) are 12.90 sm.

Consists in a great simple space, of a box room, of three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the single space, there in a chimney of angle made of stone.
