DEMOPHON neighbourhood finds itself surrounded by the typical Cretan scenery, mountains and sea, which creates a pleasant contrast with its simple and modern architecture. “Demophone” neighborhood is situated on the northwest section of Theseus Beach Village and next to “Akamas” neighborhood, offering a unique view of Agia Pelagia bay and the foot of Psiloritis mountain. Reinforced concrete C20/25 according to the anti-seismic code of practice.

2. BRICK WALLS:
EXTERNAL:
Double external brick wall 9 +V + 9 cm with internal thermal insulation from rockwool 5 cm thick 50 kg /m3.

INTERNAL:
From single clay Bricks
The dividing walls of the houses will be a double brick wall 9+V+9 cm with acoustic insulation panel from rockwool of 5 cm thickness 50 kg /m3.

3. PLASTERING:
Three coats of plaster.

4. FLOORS:
INTERNAL AREAS: Ceramic tiles of the price of €17,00/ m² including V.A.T.

W.C. - KITCHENS: Ceramic tiles of the price of €17,00/ m² including V.A.T.

5. OPENINGS:
EXTERNALLY

Aluminium frame double glazing, opening or sliding type. Doors to the balconies to be in aluminium frame double glazed sliding type.

KITCHEN
From Aluminium frame with double glaze sliding or pivoting type.

INTERNALLY:
Flash doors ready made.

6. CARPENTRY WORKS:
