The Pelion estate consists of three blocks of property which could be acquired separately or altogether, of a total land area of 95.700 m2. Existing structures include a stone-built tower and 2 two-storey residences, in the area of Ano Lehonia in Pelion, 10km from the city of Volos, Greece:

Block C:

  • Total Size: 40.000 m2
  • Infrastructure: None at present
  • Location: North East of Ano Lehonia, Pelion, Greece (10km from the city of Volos, in the mountain area of the road to Agios Vlasios)
  • Planning Permission: Not currently available
  • Development Potential: Creation of hotel or residential developments
  • Advantages: One of the largest plots of land in the wider area, land is currently planted with several olive trees, continuous cultivation for many decades, everyday amenities within walking distance
