Project The 12 Olympian Gods

The property is shared in two smaller ones. The first one is A= 1480, 71 m² and the second one is B= 2379, 43 m². Each one can be built, by law, with 400 m² + 120 m² Veranda.

Both properties are designed to be constructed with 6 buildings which are going to have swimming-pool and garden.

Specifically, on the first property, is suggested to be constructed 6 buildings of 61 m² + 14 m² Veranda each one. On the ground floor will be situated the kitchen and the living room, while on the first floor there will be 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Additionally, there is one swimming-pool of 24.7 m² . All the buildings will have sea view.

On the second property, is suggested to be constructed 6 ground floor buildings of 63, 02 m² each one. Each one of them includes kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and the bathroom. Additionally, there is veranda and swimming-pool of 24.7 m². All the buildings will have sea view.

Suggested materials:

• Metal shell or concrete shell
• Aluminum cavities
• Ceramic tiles (a’ selection)
• Roof from tiles
• Wooden pergola

At the external space will be done all the necessary configurations (roads, break of the building plot, etc), so that approaching every property will be easy and specific.

Suggested materials:

• Traditional tiles on paved
• Plants are used as bulkhead between landholding along with go-between metal fence or stone wall or wooden construction.

An architectonic proposal is presented with virtual reality. It has been suggested a modern neoclassic sense at the plan of the building. The indoor materials will be definitely decided at the stage of the study, always in cooperation with the owner.

The buildings will be 12, so many as the Olympian gods. Each one shall have its name, which is going to be written on the house entrance.

It is noticed that the above proposal is not bond (number and top of the buildings, swimming-pools, disposition of the property, etc)
